Place the pizza in the pan, add a teaspoon of water to the pan, making sure it doesn't touch the pizza. Cover and cook for 1 to 3 minutes.
Pan to medium heat, put pizza in pan, half a teaspoon water on pan, it should sizzle. put lid on immediately, cook for 1-2 minutes, just make sure bottom does not burn. remove lid, keep it on another minute so the dough can crisp up. Enjoy.

The frying pan is correct (I prefer non stick for this) but oven or oil is not needed... Crisp the bottom then take pan off heat and leave in pan... The residual heat will heat it through...or throw er in your wolf combi oven right on the rack 😁

Great idea. The moisture released from pineapple creates a steam oven effect. Maybe we can apply a similar approach to bread baking?

The trick with reheating frozen pizza in a toaster oven is to cover the crust with foil. Otherwise the crust gets overdone by the time the middle is melty. I put the slice on a piece of foil and put the end of the foil over the crust.

Cold toaster oven set to 425F. By the time it reaches temp it's usually done.

French toast it 😈
