Exciting to see new makers producing such exquisite work.
Once again excuse my cutting abilities.
I asked for a knife in the light midweight category. Doesn’t wedge and peforms really well when compared to some of the other knives I have. Fit and finish is quite refined as well to result in an elegant knife.
If I were to offer one critique, as a personal taste, despite being really comfortable, I think I’d ask for a slightly thicker handle at the base, not really for anything other than personal aesthetic.
All in all, I think it’ll be joining my list of keepers.
AEBLWhat steel is this!!
