Up for grabs is my old line knife, a stainless clad AS 210mm gyuto. This knife has seen a lot of use, but is still in good, serviceable condition. It has been sharpened, thinned, etc over the last couple years and has picked up its share of scuffs and scratches (as reflected in the price). I’m asking $150 USD shipped CONUS only. Thanks!
