Jiro santoku #571 brand new. after this purchase, I've officially stopped any attempts to buy a Jiro unless it is my desired 225 or 210 spec.

Teruyasu Fujiwara Maboroshi wa handle 240mm gyuto. actual measurements of 244mm edge length and 53mm heel height. used thrice, never sharpened.

selling for 100 less than I paid for the two at $1015 shipped conus.
