Oh it is definitely functionally a lesser knife-like-object. I mean, at least you can grate garlic with a CM blade.

The price, the handle, the profile, being harder to clean, being less sanitary, having a knife that actually requires constant oiling, having a knife that doesn't play well with moisture, did I already mention the price?
It would be an interesting idea for something like a cheese knife if it only cost 20 bucks.
