this is a bit of a special knife. I got it strongly discounted as it was used for some testing, so the price reflects this. The bevel is not gently convex and there are just small local low spots left (well visible in the photos below) from the original grind. What is really cool are the 'clouds' in the stainless cladding.
Condition
The knife is used, the bevel has been worked on before. I barely used the knife as it turns out I am not much of an usuba guy (though I use a nakiri a lot). I have only sharpened the knife once, used it a little and then put it in a box - where it has been sitting for way too long. Anyhow, please check the photos for the condition of the knife
