I am currently trying to thin my herd a little. I don't want the knives to become drawer queens, they deserve to be used and loved!
Both knives have been tuned by German maker suntravel, he also added an etching. The goal of the tubing was above all thinning the tips of the knives while keeping the character of Bryan. In my view, suntravel did an excellent job! Another reason for selling is that I prefer knives with more height.
The knives are in good condition and the pictures are up to date.

Nakiri:
It was used by me a few times and got 2-3 touch ups with a microphase of 17.6 degrees with a sharpening system. Bryan experimented with the steel. He wrote to me about the steel "The Nakiri is 1.2%C, with a bit of cr, for me it's very close to 125sc about edge retention."
On the cutting board I really liked it!
