Knife ID from german kitchen

this was from a short video posted on a facebook group for coffee machines.

i've never seen knives like this, especially the top one with the exposed saya. can anyone identify?

kitchen is from germany, but i don't know if that helps..

I'm rather sure the one on the top is made by Marco Guldimann, OMG (dasmesser.ch)

He is from Switzerland, his knives are great but unfortunately not that cheap.

thanks for the info. this maker is new to me and i love the see-through saya. i'm afraid to look into the prices..
