I offer an unused Honyaki Gyuto by Kenji Togashi from Shirogami 2 in 240mm length. The knife was imported from Japan and is not available in Europe.
The handle is made of ebony with a buffalo horn ferrule.

The blade is 248mm long up to the handle, of which 230mm are sharp. The blade height is 49mm. The weight is 213g.

Preferably for sale within the EU, but international buyers are also welcome.

A lot for a knife yes, but actually pretty cheap for a togashi honyaki. Doesn't have that weird fish looking profile either that some of his knives get. Looking at you Tosa variations
