Probably don't need much introduction. One of the best sakai knives on the market today. It really ghosts through everything and it seems that it is still sold out everywhere.

There are many different versions of this knife. This is the extra height migaki (carbon clad) with taihei makassar ebony handle (very nice handle and balanced).
