Hi all, looking to sell a very lightly used HF wrought iron gyuto.

Specs are:
Dimensions: 245mm x 54.5mm
Weight: 246g
Steel: 1.2519 with wrought iron cladding
Handle: Thuya burl with Oosik [walrus penis] ferrule
Bevels are kasumi finished by Joe on natural stones
Some blue patina from very light use

Oosik is the penis bone (baculum) of the male Pacific Walrus. It is a very solid, dense bone reaching up to 3ft. long. It was commonly used by early man as axes, digging tools, clubs and artwork. Today it is very popular for knife handles, jewelry, carvings and collecting.
