Well, I’m downsizing/moving overseas. I’m getting a small pied a terre in nyc attached to a pretty well equipped kitchen so I want to try to find a new home for some redundant kitchen equipment that’s pretty large format. Everything is well over twenty years old and good shape inside the pans.
A- Sitram 32 cm rondeau. Very heavy weight
B- Sitram 12qt stock pot. 26 cm with lid.
C- Combo pot. It’s about the size of a half size pan, the lid does double duty as probably the best roasting pan I’ve ever had.
D-Metro cart. Maple top, heavy duty wheels. 24” wide and 20” deep
Pickup only in Brooklyn Heights. I’m on the corner where you get the borough hall 4/5 and the 2/3 is right here too. A C R and F are only two blocks away
A little bittersweet, I got more than a few memories lurking in these pots, I reserve the right to decide who gets it if there’s more interest than I’m anticipating.
