I need to estimate the cost to completely rewire a retail store that was a former small movie theater, 10,000 SF for an appraisal. Any electricians out there who might be willing to do a real ballpark? I mean everything: new service, panels, interior wire, outlets, wiring, fixtures. Just a shot in the dark.
