Shigeki Tanaka vg10 180mm BBQ knife/axe, 180 edge, 404g. Modeled after the Gundam axes, really fun for pre- and post-cooking trimming and portioning. Definitely enjoyed taking apart some racks of ribs with this guy. Comes in a metal box similar to a replica army ammunition box. This was $360 new.
