This might be a better place to ask this question. Just like there is more than one Blade Smith named Tanaka. Is there more than one Blade Smith making Toyama. If so is one more desirable? I see JNS has a Toyama Noborikoi? Might anyone have any review / feedback?

I am a coffee officiando "beginner" lol...I order some single origin Kenyan coffee but I had them grind it should I invest in my own grinder and that will result in better tasting coffee? If I had the time I would get my own beans and roast them myself but I just don't have the time at the moment
Just wanted to drop in and say hi to my fellow forum members. I am virgin when it comes to knives but as I continue to cook, I believe the right tools will help me along the way.
