I've two top notch debas, both 180mm, one from Masamoto and one from Toyama. 1 plan to keep one and sell one.

Pari of Deba.jpg

I bought the Masamoto used and it has been around the block, thinned and sharpened The kanji has been worn down but I've been told it's Masamoto KA, Sohonten. As best I can tell it's this one.

Not sure that I've ever used the Toyama.

Asking $225 for the Masamoto. Or $350 for Toyama

And a bump. I'm still using the Masamoto. Toyama is still virgin.

And I'll add a Watanabe sake kiri - a fisherman's deba - a little lighter than typical. Watanabe has some white steel examples on his website. This is a custom make one from blue steel. $200 - Pic to follow.

Not in a hurry to sell but have no reason for three 180mm deba.
