    Nice, I'm glad it's sold. I was really tempted. I have a 26c3 and and apex ultra gyutos from him. fwiw, even though the apex ultra gyuto has thinner geometry, the edge stays keen longer than the 26c3. it's really nice.

    240mm 26c3 honyaki from Fredrik Spåre. Fit and finish is great and the handle is really comfortable. Heavier than my other knives but the balance is superb. Also pictured with an Apex ultra gyuto from him.

    Nice, I love dried scallop jook/congee/porridge! i usually have a side of simple stir fried chinese mustard greens with it. Btw, looks like you have the good dried ocean scallops. I usually use the cheaper dried bay scallop :D.

    Hello!

    Hello everyone! I've been sent here by Google many times and decided i should just join. I prep and cook at home mostly because the family and I like to eat. I often prep salmon for sushi and break down and portion whole roasts. not that I'm great at it but i save a lot of money doing so :).
