kyohei gyuto for anyone looking to try one. recently picked up a nakiri and its been a lot of fun to use. they have a few shiro kamo gyutos in a couple sizes as well.
felt a bit of a rumble and some of the windows shake at work. never felt one before being from florida so it was pretty cool and also kinda bizarre. didnt feel the aftershock a bit later tho.
